Muzzle Loader Grouping

To be shot at 200 yards (Altcar).

Weapons: Muzzle loading rifles with open or target sights, no optical sights allowed - any calibre welcome.

Restrictions: No cartridge weapons, no supports or rests, slings and shooting gloves will be permitted.

Aim: To shoot the smallest group possible with 5 rounds in 20 mins. 2 sighter’s are permitted within the 20 minute detail fired before the group and will be marked out of the pattern before starting on the 5 shot group.

Marking: A detachable target will be used. The group will be measured from the extreme outer edges of the 5 shot group.

Cleaning is permitted between shots, but no extra time will be allowed for the cleaning procedures.

RCO's decision is final regarding weapons, sights, etc.

Only one entry will be permitted.

To be held at Altcar when the distances permit.
